Bar & Hospitality Staff
Savannah Sounds is looking for energetic, hardworking, and reliable Bar and Hospitality staff to join our team for a massive weekend of live music at Rex Smeal Park.
Location: Rex Smeal Park, Port Douglas, QLD
Dates: Friday 22 May – Sunday 24 May 2026
Your Responsibilities
• Service with a Smile: Provide fast, friendly, and efficient beverage service in a high-volume festival environment.
• Bar Operations: Basic drink preparation, handling electronic transactions via Square POS system, and managing cash where required.
• Stock & Maintenance: Assist with restocking Eskys, clearing rubbish, and ensuring the bar area remains clean and safe.
• RSA Compliance: Strictly adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines, including checking IDs and monitoring patron intoxication levels.
Requirements
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment.
• Experience: Previous experience in bars, festivals, or high-volume hospitality is highly regarded.
• Vibe Check: A positive, "can-do" attitude. Festivals are fast and loud—you need to stay calm under pressure.
