WHY VOLUNTEER?

• You’ll get to be a vital part in the running of Savannah Sounds Port Douglas.
• Volunteer work is not only personally rewarding – it looks great on your CV.
• It’s loads of fun; you’ll meet great people and see world-class acts! 
   

BEFORE YOU APPLY, PLEASE

• Review the minimum requirements.
• If you’re employed, tentatively apply for leave.
• Check you don’t have clashes with study, family, travel commitments etc. 

HOW TO IMPRESS

• Previous volunteer experience is wonderful (though not compulsory).
• Be flexible in relation to role type and availability.
• Relevant skills (e.g. customer service, retail, trade etc.).
• Enthusiasm!
   

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Availability over the Festival Dates: 23-25 May 2025.
• Positive & proactive attitude.
• A basic understanding of and respect for workplace health & safety.
• Ability to handle working in warm weather (expected daily high is up to 30+ degrees).
